Art Deco & Modernist Design in Australia Photography

Check out Art Deco & Modernism beyond Tasmania through my ongoing photographic project of shooting Modernism throughout Australia. More than 60 towns and 300+ individual buildings from Melbourne to Mossman in tropical Far North Queensland have been photographically documented so far.

    Well done, capturing the Walter Davis shop, before it is pulled apart and lost forever. This was from an era of really well designed and elegant shop windows

    No, I was just being miserable about what typically happens to interesting architectural exemplars from styles long gone. Based on the experience in Melbourne this year, some greedy developer will want the land for something more "rewarding".
