Monaghan's Building - Launceston
The design highlight of this building in Launceston has got to be the period typeface used here. It's playful and free-flowing, typical of post war typeface, by the 1960s a more functional approach to typeface was emerging (such as in the use of the typeface - Helvetica). What a wonderful period typeface that's survived into the 21st century.
